1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges: You can exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to product availability.
  • Non-returnable items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

2. Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us: Email our customer service team at Velvetvails@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will send you a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect the product. If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

4. Refunds

  • If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference.
  • If the replacement item is of a lower value, we will refund you the difference.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement.
